About the author
Henry Scrope is a solicitor and founder of DiscLaw Publishing Ltd. He
was formerly with Clifford-Turner & Co and Freshfields. From 1975 to
1992 he was in-house lawyer with the Harris and Dixon group of companies in the
City of London.
