Candidate assessment is a critical part of the recruitment process, and organisations utilise a variety of methods for individual and group interviews, assessment centres and psychometric testing to try to identify the best candidates.

To accommodate this diversity of techniques, our solutions provide customised test score modules for the recording of results. Input to these modules can be manual entry of scores or bulk updates from third-party testing systems.

We also have software for assessment centre management which can be used on or off-site, for the entry of competency/exercise test scores and production of template-based assessors’ reports - all of which can be completely integrated with our recruitment management systems.
