Statutory limit on Week's Pay is £290 where date of dismissal is on or after 01 Feb 2006. Prior to that date the maximum was £280
Completed years of service start from age 18, and the minimum number of qualifying years is 2. Therefore statutory redundancy pay only applies to employees aged 20-64. 
This calculator includes ages 18 and 19 only for voluntary amounts and using the list facility.
Months in AGE are only relevant for employees aged 64.  See Notes for details.
